Fancy Face Customer Policy

Fancy Face Kreations is a small graphics design business geared toward the marketing of businesses, including banners and logo creation. We also provide personal requests for cover photos on Facebook, e-cards/invitations, and embellishment for personal photos.
 

Here at FFK, the pride is in the art...and the customer's satisfaction. The head Fancy Face, Kali Monroe is always willing to communicate thoroughly with the customer to fine tune their needs and visions.

 

Below is a guide for the pricing and the artistic process here at FFK.

  • Banners begin at $25 (includes 3 revision, size changes $5

 

  • Business/logo/card and label templates begin at $100 (includes 4 revisions, size changes $15)

 

  • Book covers $75-$200 (includes 5 revisions, size changes $25)

 

  • Flyers are $50 (any size) (includes 3 revisions, size changes $15)

 

  • Tee shirt designs are $50 (includes 3 revisions, all extra edits $15)

 

  • Meme/ads begin at $25 (includes 3 revisions, size changes are $5)

  •  

  •  Banners/Memes/Ads are $25 consisting of basic text design and imagery. If you desire a          unique logo, you will be charged $100 for the service of creating a logo, which includes a banner for Facebook or other site and the transparent files which can be used for t-shirts, memes, watermarks, etc.

 

  • It's best to be very clear as to color and theme, unless the customer is leaving the creative license to FFK.

  •  

  • A typical process for a business logo includes 4 revisions and 1 final (with a free edit in the case of typos or visual mistakes the fault of FFK).

  •  

  • ANY edits past the allotted revisions for your product will be $25 each. 

  •  

  • A typical process for a book cover includes 5 revisions 2 alternate finals (with 2 free edits in the case of typos or visual mistakes).

  •

  • NEW POLICY: A CONSULTATION (WHICH INCLUDES 1 MOCK UP) IS $20 UP FRONT. THIS IS A FAIL SAFE FOR FFK'S SOLE DESIGNER, KALI MONROE BASED ON PAST INSTANCES OF WORK DONE WITHOUT PAYMENT(S) REMITTED. THE FEE CAN BE WAIVED AT THE LEISURE OF THE DESIGNER OR ADDED AS A PART OF THE DEPOSIT DEPENDING ON CIRCUMSTANCES TO BE DETERMINED BY DESIGNER DURING COMMUNICATION VIA EMAIL OR PHONE. 

 

 

 

  • %50 of the cost is due BEFORE work is done. (except for $10 and $25 prices which are received in totality up front). NO work will be done until a payment is received. DEPOSIT IS NON-REFUNDABLE. IF IN THE CASE OF CANCELLATIONS OR YOU HAVE YOUR GRAPHICS DONE ELSEWHERE, THIS IS TO COMPENSATE FOR ANY WORK/CONSULTATION DONE ON BEHALF OF FFK. (This is to insure that all inquiries are serious)

  • Once a logo is created, any banner for a page after that costs $25(this concerns alternate banners for sales and seasons and for CLIENTS ONLY).

  • It is paramount for the creative process for there to be a way to contact you, the client...when needed between business hours. Long gaps in communication slow the process down and I have to be fair to other waiting clients.

  • Business Hours are: 10am to 10pm Monday through Friday.

  • I suggest that when I share a sample, your access be on the web as opposed to mobile so that the banner can be seen clearly and decisions for or against the work can be done efficiently.
